Judy Bridgewater - “Never Let Me Go”
One of the things the not-as-good-as-it-could-have-been film adaptation of Never Let Me Go got dead-on (in addition to the melancholy tone and most of the casting) was the realization of the fictional title song - it’s exactly the way I imagined it to sound when I read the book. It’s just too bad they didn’t try to make it as significant as it should have been.
I don’t know who the singer is, so I’ll just credit it to the make-believe Judy Bridgewater for kicks.
